Analog position indicators

Analog position indicators are available in a wide range of variants

Analog position indicators from SIKO are used to display position values on a pointer scale. These indicators – also known as clocks – are available in various sizes from a scale diameter of 50 to 80, so that the readability and scaling can be optimally adapted to the available installation space.

Choice of size, shape and material

A complete positioning unit always consists of a handwheel and a matching position indicator with an analog pointer scale. SIKO provides a wide range of handwheels in different sizes, shapes and materials, which are described in detail in the handwheels product area. Analog position indicators have been used for decades in a wide range of industries and applications

Analog position indicators from SIKO are used in a wide range of industrial applications. They are used as position indicators for process adjustment in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in food processing and breweries. SIKO clocks are also used for format setting on printing machines, woodworking machines or tablet presses. These position indicators can also be used on dosing pumps, bakery machines or grain mills and coffee grinders to set the respective process parameters.

Individual scale design from a quantity of 1

This wide range of applications is due to the flexible adaptability of the SIKO position indicators to the respective requirements of the application. This is achieved by the application-specific printing of the scale. The scales can be printed in customer-specific designs with regard to scaling, coloring, use of company logos and information texts from a quantity of 1.

The flexible design of the position indicator is rounded off by different mechanical versions. Dustproof, waterproof and oil-filled versions are available to match the position indicators ideally to the ambient conditions in the application.
